Urila bred, grassfed Lowline beef was exclusively featured by Merricks General Wine Store during the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival’s Regional Roast Collection.

The chef was so impressed he served the Lowline beef each weekend of the month-long event. Feedback from diners was that the beef had a beautiful flavour and texture.
